Virgin Australia – Middle Seat Lottery
We helped Virgin Australia launch "Bring On Wonderful", a new platform and brand ambition to make flying uplifting again.
Like every airline during the pandemic, Virgin Australia were feeling a little out of favour with passengers. They needed a brand reset. “Bring On Wonderful” was their promise to strive for better, by bring a little extra to their customer’s flying experience.
Proving this was more than just words, VA launched “The Middle Seat Lottery”, a brand act that showed real action toward wonderful, turning every middle seat on every flight into a lottery ticket. Even the normally despised middle seat became something extra, giving passengers stuck in the middle a chance to win something wonderful.
What’s more, the middle seat became a new media channel through which to amplify Virgin Australia’s brand ambition to “Bring on Wonderful”.
